Jeffrey E. Jenkins, Esq.
In 1973, Jeff graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering. He served our country for 8 years as an infantry officer in the United States Army. He then went to law school at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 1984 with a Juris Doctor degree.
Jeff has been practicing law since 1984. He has practiced bankruptcy law since 1985. In 1986, he became a partner in the firm of Jenkins & Jenkins and, since 1994, as a partner in the firm Jenkins & Clayman (practicing bankruptcy law in both firms).
Jeff is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification, which is accredited by the American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and before the New Jersey Federal District Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Camden County Bar Association and the Mercer County Bar Association.
Jeff is an accredited instructor for the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Accountancy Boards in bankruptcy matters and has lectured throughout New Jersey on Consumer Bankruptcy Law for both lawyers and accountants.
